Service was good didn't have any problems, I went for drinks and appetizers. I sat in the bar around where you seat yourself, but I was surprised it was not busier.

how can i start.... i ordered fajitas online, asked for extra tortillas on the "add extra option" (brings 3 only) and in addition to it i paid for a side of queso. picked up food, the receptionist said "your 20oz side queso is inside. no problem, i trust people so i left. i just got to the office, opened order and here we go: no extra tortillas (but the order and print out says extra) no side of queso (but m,y order and receipt said they charged it) i took a bite of the steak, and is so so so over seasoned that it tastes only black pepper and salt no meat taste whatsoever ... and for last, the phone number on their website, order and google (407)679-7669 has an answer machine that says "your party is unavailable" wow!!!! now i will have to drive back there cause i cannot even talk to someone in that location!

The only reason I came here is because someone got me a gift card as a present. So we decided to give the 2 for $20 deal a spin. The food offerings on the special menu all looked good, and we went with the Mango-Chile Tilapia, and the 6 oz. Sirloin. The tilapia was good, with a decent amount of heat. The sirloin was cooked medium rare as I asked, but the outside was extrememly charred, and had a hard crust to it. When it came time to pay, the payment kiosk found on our table didn't seem to work as expected. We had two $25 gift cards. It took the first gift card fine, but would not accept the second. We had to wait for our server to run the second card. Also, it sucks that they actually charge to play the games on the kiosk. What happened to the days of free trivia? Overall: mediocre food, good service, crappy kiosk system.

I'm not sure if these people are talking about the right Chili's. Every time I have been there it has been a very short wait to get in, the service has been awesome, the food has been great, and the prices are always pretty fantastic with the 2 for 20. I always get strawberry mango margaritas on the rocks always perfect but could use a bit more alcohol, lol but you get what you pay for with the two for one. Some of the dishes amongst my favorites are the margarita chicken, Cajun chicken pasta, mango chicken, chicken tacos, and one of the best samplers in town, the triple dipper, I usually get the boneless buffalo wings, mini burger bites, eggrolls or the spinage artichoke dip and chips. Not to mention the insane perfection of the choclate molten cake!

Like chilis, just not this one... Like them for the easy seating of our groups of four or more and solely spend our money at the bar. However, while making a b-line for their bar, we were told in an unwelcoming way "we close in 5 minutes..." Mind you, it is 10:50. The bartender didn't seem interested in our service, not to mention the careless service I have seen time and again... Needless to say, Baldwin is right across the street.

Chilis is chilis - this location is a tad bit slower. If I eat here I always choose the bar area for better service. The menu was recently revamped buts it's still pretty typical chilis. Just tried the watermelon cooler - tad but too sour for my tasted but I brought that to the attention of the waitress Donna and the bartender lance revamped it perfectly. Not too pricey. Quick and simple. Good for 2-4-1s. But nothing really special or extraordinary to brag about.

Very poor service! is not my first time in this Chili's and is not the first time having a bad service, and that is why I'm writing this review. Today I asked for the "Grilled Chicken Salad" (I know the dish) and after 30 minutes waiting, the "grilled chicken" was grilled an hour ago and it was cold, not even warm, !COLD! The waiter kindly asked me "if I want him to bring a new salad with the chicken hot". Whaaaat??? after the long waiting (even without acknowledging the waiting time from the server) how someone could accept to keep waiting. Just pay my drink and left to eat at home. I don't blame the employees, but the management needs to be accountable for this kind of situations. In business when things like that happens you at list try to make up or compensate in some way the customer, even if the customer doesn't ask for. Management!

The fajitas at Chilis used it be legendary. Now they are skimpy on everything and look like the fajitas you can get anywhere else. The skillet queso also had less meat in it. Chilis, did you cut back on your ingredients to pay for your marketing budget? Quit that and go back to the old recipes! I will not be coming back for a long time.

I like going to Chili's for the 2-4-1 house margaritas. This particular visit to Chili's was a good one... the margaritas were the perfect strength. Four margaritas had me feeling pretty good. haha I ordered some sort of white fish with chile and mango off the 2 for $20 deal. I was actually surprised- it was better than I expected it to be. Service was pretty good with the constant checking up. The table for two was pretty small and that's pretty much my only complaint. A Chili's is a Chili's. Nothing amazing about it but nothing bad about it.

This was a very disappointing Chili's I have not been to a Chili's in a couple of years but was getting my car serviced and it was close by as soon. Aa my husband and I were seated the hostess said we will probably all going to be replaced by computers anyway as she pointed to this new way to pay on the table I thought that was odd. anyway I ordered a small salad with ranch dressing and sliders I also asked for mayonnaise for my sliders the salad tasted okay although the dressing was a little thin and tasted like from the food supply companies I put my mayonnaise on the hamburger and it seemed to be okay but then I looked in the mayonnaise had separated I had already eaten one of the sliders what happened for the next eight hours could only be described as food poisoning something that I've never experienced before I spent the rest the evening vomiting was very sick and I'm convinced it was from Chili's. If I had not have gotten sick it would've been three stars because the experience there was average but since I got sick on top of it all they're only getting two stars

I remember getting the southern smokehouse bacon burger with fries and I forgot what my friend got to eat... All I know is our stomachs were killing us after eating that food. We lingered around and we were talking in the parking lot etc, needless to say the food made us a little sick and I think that's only because we didn't finish our meal. We didn't get any appetizers or anything for dessert. But I probably won't return to the chilli's franchise in Florida ever again, and I will be a little weary of returning to chilli's even in my home town although I'm quite sure it was an isolated incident.. The food tasted good when we got it, chilli's is a known franchise... It's just crazy because I was on a block with 5 restaurants and my friend up and picked this one lol way to end my vacation with a *bang* I'm sure it's safe for people to go there... If they haven't been on the news for anything, this was back in November, I'm sure all is clear and as I said isolated incident. But fir that they still must get two stars.

I have never eaten at Chili's before this, I went in, it was crowded which I did not mind, I ordered food, and the usual. I was in on Easter, The staff was amazing, The cleaner/bus boy flirted with all the ladies moreso than he should have :/ The server for us was a nice lady, she returned about 6 tims to ensure me about my selection, answer questions, etc, Upon leaving the greeters/seaters up front opened the door, staff was amazing! The food was eh, not great at all, The mac and cheese was from a box of Kraft, 'it is sad to think but it is true, the mozzarella sticks [Fried cheese as they call them on the menu] Was delicious, the chicken was okay, the rice had a weird taste I did not like so I just brought it home to the dog who loved it. This is a mediocre place, prices were a bit more than a Denny's but normal for a place like that I suppose.

Honestly it depends what time of day and if you're lucky to get goos service here. The food is okay...the service is terrible.

I really have never written a negative review but felt compelled to do it today after my lunch experience. I've dined several times here and have found the service bad- today just compounded it. To start, the server didn't introduce himself or mention any specials or suggest anything. The restaurant wasn't busy, but we rarely saw our server. When he did show in our area he would beeline through without even stopping at our table. Somewhat new to Chili's are these table top computers. Unknowingly, we played a trivia game while waiting only to find out we were charged for playing the game at the end of our lunch. No mention by the server upfront and the computer didn't make it obvious either, very deceiving. I had fajitas, ran out of tortillas (they give you just 3) and then waited 10 minutes for more- wait not more- he brought me 1 tortilla! Maybe by adding these table top computers they thought they'd enhance their service- not at all. The computer had more personality then our waiter. Now, you use the computer to pay your bill as well and for the game you accidentally played. I won't be going again here anytime soon.

Came into my neighborhood Chilis for a after work drink.....2 for 1 mango margaritas and free chips and salsa. The Mango margarita was wonderful not a lot of liquor but I was tired and it was just a nice refreshing drink. The chips and salsa was great as usual. My friend has sweet potato fries and they were sorta if dead to me and I was wondering why ranch dressing with these sweet potatoes. Seems everybody jumping on the sweet potato fry kick!! Oh Well!!! Waitress was VERY SLOW and I was really agitated and ready to go. Another waitress picked our check to pay. Whenever they get busy the service slacks off some. We went for drinks which were EXCELLENT!!!

It was our wedding anniversary dinner and it was a huge let down. Our waiter came to our table twice to write down our order and drop off our drinks. My husband had to go find waiters and waitresses each time to refill our drinks. Our waiter couldn't even drop the food off an expediter from the kitchen dropped it off. It was ice cold and quite frankly was nothing to talk about at all. Our waiter finally returned at the very end to suck up and beg us to buy dessert. We said no way and received our check. It took him another almost 20 minutes just to run our card and give us back the receipt. We will not be eating here ever again. Food terrible, atmosphere terrible, servers terrible ruined our anniversary dinner. My tip to the waiter is number one don't make a pregnant woman wait for a drink and then bring her cold food. Number two get a different job cause your horrible!!!

Terrible service in an empty restaurant. The NEW fajitas were the worst we've ever had. Raw green peppers. Tiny portion (maybe a good thing). They had some sort of chipotle butter goo on them. YUCK. Wonder what they're trying hide under such an overpowering and artificial seasoning. The bartender was unfriendly and NEVER smiled. When we tried to send back the fajitas for something else, we got the IGNORE treatment. Never asked us if we wanted something else. The bartender even tried to charge us 50% for the unwanted fajitas that we didn't eat. We asked to speak to the manager. He never came out. I guess it was more comfortable to hide in the back than face a dissatisfied customer. The true definition of laziness. The entire staff showed that lack of leadership. Most were socializing in the kitchen area and making a good deal of noise. Better to spend your money elsewhere. Luckily, there's a Wing House right next door. They were friendly and glad to have our business.

Today was date night and a Saturday, so we fully expected at least a little bit of a wait. But we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated immediately and in the quietest part of the restaurant. Our server was nice, attentive, and never let our drinks get less than half-full before refilling. The food was filling and tasted fantastic. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was cooked exactly how I wanted; not to mention delicious. My husband ordered the country fried steak--a meal he's practically an expert on--and stated it was "spectacular." We probably didn't spend more than 45 minutes there, but that was because the service was so fast and the food excellent, not because we were rushed in anyway. Also, I love that I can pay through the ziosk thing and not have to bother the server for the check. Overall, an excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back to this Chili's again.

Been there a few times most of the times the service is ok, but the last time we went the service was horrible. Let start at the beginning. It was me and my mom and we where going for dinner both of us were really hungry because we just go out of work and decided to go to chili. The restaurant was almost empty so we got seated right away. When our server can to take the drink orders we were ready to order, we been there so often that we knew our order from memory. My mom ordered a steak with out the butter o. The top and i ordered the chicken fajitas plain, no onion and pepper. We waited and waited and waited and we finally got our order which was odd since the restaurant was empty. The first thing that was wrong was that my chicken had some kind of sauce on top, and my mom's steak had butter. So we call the waiter and my mom tell her about the but and about the chicken, the waiter fight with us saying that my mom did not mention this when making the order and that i said No onion and no pepper only that i did not specify that i did not want the sauce in the chicken, i told her that i had been there many time and never had that sauce she said it was something new. (When we went to check the menu it was still needed to be updated.) So anyways they take the food back and bring is back out very fast, which again was a surprise sine they took so long before. My order came out perfect this time, however my mom said that her steak was only cleaned not replaced, when we asked the server she said she did not know but would go to the kitchen and ask. When she came back she confirm that indeed, they did not replace the steak. We told the waiter that we wanted to talk to the manager, the manager came around we told him what happened and to be honest he could not give a shit less about anything we said. I told him we both work in the F&B and know the rules and procedure. This is an unacceptable practice that could kill someone if they are allergic to whatever was on the food. Ps. We had to pay for everything other than the steak.

This was mine and my husband's first time ever being to a chillies and let me say it was incredible! The food was amazing, the portions were huge, the prices were great and I dont know were to begin on how great our services was. We had a waiter named Ezra and he was phenomenal! He custom made our drinks, brought us our appetizers right away, was supper friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. Its rare for me to find a place I like and I loved it! We will deffinetly be going back.

I was out Christmas shopping with some friends in the area and we all suddenly realized that we needed to have lunch! Chili's was right across the street and we heading in just before the lunch crowd started. Our server Mario was very nice and took our drink order... came back in a flash with our drinks and then took our lunch order. We all did the lunch special on the back of the menu... choose two items from the list and create your own lunch combo. I got the Cobb salad and broccoli cheese soup. The salad was good as was the soup but I have to say, the soup was so thick it was almost like a cheese dip! Lunch was only around $10 and it was filling. The only mishap was that after our food was brought to the table, our server ran away and left us without soup spoons! Lucky, the hostess saw the challenge and brought us spoons to eat with. Whew! Atmosphere = 7 Service =8 Food = 8 It's a Chili's... get in, eat and get out! Enjoy!

Haven't had any bad experiences here - my last meal was the soup and salad which wasn't bad. I've ordered burgers, ribs and pasta - tasty but nothing overly wow.

I generally like Chili's but I had my first and last To Go experience. Friday night marked the end of a long week so we decided to order Chili's To Go, something we had never done before. We were very pleased to find that you can place your order online through their user friendly website. *Before continuing, please heed my warning: pay close attention to add-ons and print out your order prior to picking it up!* Continuing on...after navigating through the website and dwindling down the choices, I arrived at the finalization page where I was given the option to add an order of chips and salsa for $2.99. I yelled across the house and asked if anyone wanted chips, noting they would only be an extra $2.99 and if they weren't eaten that night they could be saved for the following day. Once receiving the household consensus, I clicked to add an order of $2.99 chips. Here's what happens next... Derek (my better half) arrives home with what looks like enough bags to carry a week's worth of groceries and starts pulling out Styrofoam containers (don't get my started on my dismay over Chili's using Styrofoam) and spouting on about the traffic. I walk into the kitchen to find a large tightly packed bag dedicated solely to....to....to chips. And not just one bag of chips, mind you, three large bags of chips with three tubs of salsa. We had enough chips and salsa to feed a whole cul-de-sac, which is sort of what we did since we decided to take a bag to the neighbors. Anyway, as an after thought I asked to see the receipt where I discovered we had been charged for all three orders of chips and salsa at $2.99 each totaling $8.97. Nine dollars worth of freaking chips! I was disappointed because I did not request 3 orders of chips (just one lonely order) however because we ordered 3 separate meals they tacked on chips as 3 separate orders as well. It was my better half's fault for not checking the receipt when paying, however this experience sealed the deal and we won't be ordering Chili's To Go or from their website again. By the way, a small "To Go" milkshake for my son was $3.99 which to me was REDUNCULUS! I posted a picture of my lukewarm cheese sticks (received tepid ones the last time when we ate on site as well) - no oozing mozzarella yumminess for me Friday. We had to reheat everything and it tasted alright once rewarmed. P.S. Their receipt does not offer a local number to call if you have a comment. Nope, you only get an 800#.

Long wait, horrible service, rude hostess. Waited in line for over 10 minutes while looking at over 10 open tables. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.. if I could choose zero stars I would.

A Chili's is a Chili's pretty much wherever you go. But how can you go wrong with buy one get one drinks? Service here was fine. This one is right by Full Sail so consider that the main clientele.

I never go into a chili's with high expectations but my lunch here was ok. Pretty much the same thing you get at most run of the mill chain restaurants.

Food typical Chilis. Same old same old. Overheard waiters talking how they like to BS the customers. not professional, but again its chilis. would go back, but wouldn't stop going to alehouse down the road either. run of the mill.

I think I consider myself a somewhat regular attendee at Chili's overall, and pretty satisfied with all the times I have eaten at a Chili's. This time we winded up in 303 Semoran Blvd Winter Park, FL 32792. WE OPTED FOR THE DINNER FOR 2: Fried Cheese, Fried Shrimp, 6 oz. Classic Sirloin medium well, burger, chicken enchilada soup. The reason for the displease, was the amount of salt that was pretty much loaded onto everything. We had to dip the veggies in our cup of water to wash away the salt. The steak and burger were ordered as medium well, were both dry instead. enchilada soup and mash potatoes (side item) were salty too, I almost wanted to order a side of rice with the soup but figured that they would dump salt on the rice too! We pretty much took a good portion of the meal home, and accommodated everything with rice and bread for a less salty taste. THUMBS DOWN SEE PHOTO AT vera-ism.blogspot.com/20…

I've been to many Chili's restaurants but the service here was not spectacular. We ate at this location on a Saturday night and while it was busy, it was not so busy that our waitresses couldn't be more friendly. There was no wait to sit (so it wasn't slammed) but the bar area where we sat was quite full. The food was fresh and hot. Only complaint was the unfriendly staff. Barely smiled and very abrupt.
